The SportsLine Projection Model has returned nearly $19,000 in profit for $100 players on its top-rated NBA picks since 2018, a track record that anchors its current outlook for the 2026-27 season.

On Tuesday, that model entered Week 2 on a 26-10 run for top-rated spread picks at NBA betting sites dating back to the previous season. The system simulates every game 10,000 times to identify value in markets that may be mispriced.

In the World Series, the model backs the Milwaukee Brewers (-125) to defeat the Tampa Bay Rays in Game 4. This selection aims for a sweep, a outcome SportsLine expert Micah Roberts described with stark imagery.

"One team has everything going right, and they're laughing, partying, and bringing in an eventual World Series championship," Roberts said. "The other team, the Rays, is playing like their grandmother just died."

Roberts noted that the Rays suffered through Game 3 trailing by 10 runs for over an hour, a exposure he believes makes a comeback unlikely. He expects the Rays to score more than one run but maintains that Milwaukee's consistent performance will secure the title.

In the NBA, the model sees value in the Under 219.5 total points for the Detroit Pistons versus New York Knicks. The Under has hit in all three Knicks games this season, driven largely by New York's poor shooting start.

New York ranks last in the NBA in scoring at 101.7 points per game and second-to-last in shooting percentage at 40.8%. The Pistons possess the No. 5 scoring defense, allowing 105.7 points per game, while New York's defense ranks No. 9, allowing 108 points per game. The model projects the Under to hit in 58.2% of simulations.

A three-pick Tuesday parlay combining the Brewers, the Pistons-Knicks Under, and the Detroit Lions (-3) against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday carries odds of +544. New users at DraftKings can receive $200 in bonus bets and three months of free NBA League Pass after making a $5 wager, with funds paid within 21 days.
